11月の９日～１３日のラスベガスオープンに行かれる方はどれくらい いらっしゃるんのでしょうか？ 今は円高でとっても行きやすくなっています。ホテルが$74ですので、２人で割ると１泊３０００円ぐらい。 飛行機も安いのをとれば１０万円以下で行けそうです。（もっと安いのもあるかも！） 余談ですがこのホテルのカジノは、ディーラーが突然マイケルジャクソンやその他スーパースターに仮装して踊りだしたりするようです。 Carolさんが楽しいと教えてくれました。 私はドミニカ共和国でWBA Highrollers Classicに出て、そのあととんぼ帰りで参加することになりそうです。 ちなみに、王位戦で好評だったバックギャモン検定が海を渡ってラスベガスで開催されることになりました。 こちらは日本と同じ内容ですので、すでに受けた人には意味が無いのですが。 USBGF Proficiency Exam A 50 question backgammon exam will be a special side event given at 9:30 AM on Friday morning. #1 Giant Masayuki Mochizuki Mochy has prepared this exam. It contains sections pertaining to various aspects of the game. This exam is designed to inform players at every level how well they understand strategic and tactical fundamentals and allow them to compare their performance to national and international norms. A grade will be given for each section as well as an overall score. The cost to take the exam is $15 for USBGF members and $20 for non-members. A soft covered book will be available and will contain all the questions and answers prepared by Mochy. The cost of the book for those taking the exam is $25 for USBGF members and $30 |
