第31期盤聖戦のオンライン予選を２枠開催します。準会員*、または会員であればどなたでも参加できますのでお気軽にご参加ください。

●予選形式
・7ポイントマッチのシングルエリミネーション方式。
・Backgammon Galaxyの時計はCasual設定。
・優勝者は第31期盤聖戦のグランドファイナル1枠を獲得。
グランドファイナルはこの予選終了次第オンラインで開催されます。
なお、予選敗退者は5ポイントマッチのレーティング戦に参加できます。

●エントリー方法
手順１
下記のエントリーフォームからJBS登録のメールアドレスを入力し、「エントリーする」ボタンを押してください。
手順２
手順1で入力したメールアドレスにて受信するメール「トーナメントエントリーに関するご案内」からエントリーフォームを開いてください。
「オンラインアカウント名」欄に「Backgammon Galaxy」のユーザーネームに入力し、「エントリー内容（可否）を確認する」ボタンを押してください。
手順３
「エントリー料金を支払う」ボタンを押すと表示されるフォームにご自身のメールアドレスとカード情報を入力してください。
手順4
エントリー完了時に自動送信されたメールから結果報告フォームを開くことができます。結果は勝者が自己申告で行いますので、メールは大切に保管してください。

予選開始時刻を過ぎてからのご連絡、または連絡なく対戦に現れなかった場合につきましては、返金はいたしかねますのでご注意ください。
また、今後の大会への参加をお断りする場合がありますのでご注意ください。

Announcement from Japan Backgammon Society
We are pleased to announce the Online Qualifiers for the 31st Bansei Championship. Two qualifying rounds will be held, and all associate* or full members are welcome to participate. Please feel free to join us!
Schedule
Qualifier 1: Saturday, January 11, 2025, starting at 7:00 PM
Qualifier 2: Saturday, January 25, 2025, starting at 7:00 PM
Qualifying Format
- 7-point match, single-elimination format.
- Matches will use the Casual clock setting on Backgammon Galaxy.
- The winner of each qualifier will earn a spot in the Grand Final of the 31st Bansei Championship.
The Grand Final will be held online following the qualifiers.
Participants who are eliminated in the qualifiers may join a 5-point match rating session.
Event Schedule (on the day)
6:00 PM: Entry registration closes.
7:00 PM: Gather and start qualifiers.
8:00 PM: Start rating session.
11:30 PM: Expected end of qualifiers.
Match Platform
Backgammon Galaxy
A pre-created account is required to participate.
Each match consumes 350 GC (coins). Please prepare at least 1,750 GC in advance.
Fee
Full and Associate member : 2,000JPY
Founding members receive a discount of 20% to 50% depending on their status.
Communication Platform
Discord (JBS Server)
A Discord account is required to participate.
Eligibility
Participants must hold a JBS membership (Founding, Supporting, Regular, U25, U15, Family, or Associate*).
*Note: Associate members may participate but must upgrade to Regular membership before the Grand Final if they win a qualifier.

How to Enter
Step 1
Access the entry form below and enter the email address registered with JBS. Click the “Enter” button.
Step 2
Open the “Tournament Entry Information” email sent to the address you provided in Step 1. Enter your Backgammon Galaxy username in the “Online Account Name” field and click “Confirm Entry Details.”
Step 3
Click the “Pay Entry Fee” button, and fill out the form with your email address and card information.
Step 4
After completing your entry, a confirmation email will be sent automatically. Keep this email safe, as it contains the results reporting form. The winner is responsible for self-reporting results.

Cancellation Policy
If you cannot attend, please notify us in the Discord text channel by 6:00 PM on the day of the event.
Participation fees will be refunded. However, any incurred fees will be borne by the participant.
Please note that we cannot issue refunds for cancellations after the qualifier start time or for no-shows. Additionally, failure to notify may result in disqualification from future tournaments.
